These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the website [heavyads.ca] (the "Site") operated by Heavy Ads Agency ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site.

By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to post User Content, and that such User Content does not infringe or violate any third party’s rights.
**5. Termination**
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Heavy Ads Agency, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site.
**7. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
**8. Changes to These Terms**
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. By continuing to access or use the Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
